A true 5 star experience – Lynn and Wayne are masters of their craft!
My husband and I visited on the first opening weekend (Queen’s Birthday) and you could tell the hosts Lynn and Wayne were excited to reopen and welcome you to their beautiful and luxurious property. The property sits behind a gated entrance and upon entering there is a beautiful tree lined, sweeping driveway which sets the scene for the welcome you’re about to receive – Lynn and Wayne really are masters of their craft – you can tell they are passionate about Customer Service – it simply oozes from them both.
Nothing is too much trouble, you feel like old friends from the minute you arrive and the high quality finishes and little touches within the room just elevate the experience, in my eyes.
We stayed in the Tuki Tuki suite which has a huge bathroom with his & hers sinks and walk in shower. You can tell that every little detail of the Guest Experience has been thought through here, personalised chocolates waiting for you on the pillow, a fully stocked fridge with continental breakfast options, fresh fruit juice, water, beers, sodas, we were very impressed with the high standards.
Our room opened up to a patio with lawn furniture overlooking the tennis courts and swimming pool and there are cows grazing all around the property which just adds to the sense of tranquility and peace you feel whilst staying at Kalldeen.
Napier is also only 10 minutes drive away so a very handy yet very luxurious weekend away.
